Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you sign up, or your Google profile if you sign in with Google.
• Business information — details you add about your business, such as name, address, phone, website, and category.
• Google Business Profile data — when you connect your Google Business Profile, we access your business locations and customer reviews to display and manage them (see section 3).
• Content you create — review replies, press releases, keywords, and listing order details.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Usage data — basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We use the information to provide and improve Ravvy, including to: sync and display your reviews, generate AI-assisted reply drafts, track your search rankings, manage business listings and press releases, send you service notifications, process payments, and keep the platform secure.

When you connect a Google Business Profile, Ravvy requests access to your business account and reviews (the business.manage scope) solely to read your reviews, generate and post replies you approve, and display your business information inside your dashboard.

Ravvy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service you requested or as required by law. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.

To generate review replies and press releases, review text and the details you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic’s Claude) to produce a draft. This data is processed only to create your content and is not used to train their models.

We rely on trusted providers to run Ravvy, and share only the data necessary for each to function:

• Google — Business Profile data and sign-in.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI reply and content generation.
• SerpAPI — search-ranking lookups.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending email notifications.
• Supabase / hosting provider — secure database and application hosting.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption of sensitive credentials, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time from Settings. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and operate the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Ravvy is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
